Group A
Sakura Cake Mix 250G
Water 150G
Egg 50G
Group B
Vegetable Oil 5G
Method
1. Mix Group 1 in mixing bowl and blend for 1 minute at low speed.
2. Scrape down the mixture.
3. Then mix for another 7 minutes at high speed.
4. Add in Group 2 and mix for 1 minute at low speed.
5. Deposit the batter into desired a greased baking mould.
6. Bake the cake at 180°C (top temperature) and 180°C (bottom temperature) for 35 - 40 minutes.
