Return & Exchange Policy

  1. Item rejection complain must be made within 3 working days after receiving the items.
  2. The management will review the complain and take action as follows:
  • Wrong item / short item delivered

-We reserve the right to return / resend

  • Additional item delivered

-We reserve the right to collect back the additional item delivered / return from customer.

  • Damaged / Defective item

-We reserve the right to exchange / resend


  1. For return / exchange of item, customer is required to do the following procedures:
  • Visit our e-commerce website
  • Provide sales receipt / invoice
  • Ensure the returned item is in original packaging / box before resend back
  • Ensure the returned item is not used at all / has no visible signs of usage.


  1. Return / exchange policy does not apply to the following classification:
  • Chilled and frozen items
  • Containers
  • Promotion / Discounted / Clearance items


  1. We reserve the rights to reject the returns / exchange of items which do not meet the specified requirement.


  1. We will not take any responsibility if the shipment is lost during the return transit.
