- Item rejection complain must be made within 3 working days after receiving the items.
- The management will review the complain and take action as follows:
- Wrong item / short item delivered
-We reserve the right to return / resend
- Additional item delivered
-We reserve the right to collect back the additional item delivered / return from customer.
- Damaged / Defective item
-We reserve the right to exchange / resend
- For return / exchange of item, customer is required to do the following procedures:
- Visit our e-commerce website
- Provide sales receipt / invoice
- Ensure the returned item is in original packaging / box before resend back
- Ensure the returned item is not used at all / has no visible signs of usage.
- Return / exchange policy does not apply to the following classification:
- Chilled and frozen items
- Promotion / Discounted / Clearance items
- We reserve the rights to reject the returns / exchange of items which do not meet the specified requirement.
- We will not take any responsibility if the shipment is lost during the return transit.
