Finely powdered ingredients for easy and consistent production of bee-sting topping and Florentine Cookies.
Basic recipe:
Blend 50% Florentine Powder Mix with 50% Nuts.
Place ring molds over a Silpat mat. Pour an even layer of the mixture into each ring mold. Or use a silicone form.
Bake at 400F degrees for 8 minutes.
Finish cookies by brushing bottom in dark chocolate.
