Pineapple Tart Mix

Ingredient

250gm salted butter

1 packet of Healthy baker pineapple tart mix 500gm

1 packet pineapple paste 1kg

2 eggs yolks

1 egg white

Method :

1. Whisk the butter , then slowly add in eggs white & eggs yolk until soft texture.

2. Pineapple tart mix gently pour and mix together and whisk until a dough.

3. Shape the pineapple paste into round shape 5g each.

4. Shape the dough you like and wrap with the pineapples paste.

5. Brush with beaten eggs yolk.

6. Bake at preheated oven of 180’c for 20 minutes
